Jessica on Mission
In mid-August, CFG sponsored Jess to go to Retalhuleu, Guatemala on a week long mission trip with her church. She was able to spend time with the children at a privately funded school as well as rebuild a portion of a wall. Their team also went into the community and prayed over the families of Guatemala. We are so proud of her!
Weatherford Education Foundation Backpack Drive
During the month of August, CFG Cares was able to donate 200 backpacks to the Weatherford ISD Education Foundation for the start of the school year!
Center of Hope Food Drive
After holding a food drive in May, CFG Cares was able to help Parker County Center of Hope restock the pantry shelves with 234 POUNDS of canned goods!
